To increase income levels and reduce production cost of farmers, by leveling up and organizing groups of rice paddies and fields over 50 ha and supporting joint management, in order to improve production and distribution conditions of entire crops, by expanding the cultivation of crops other than rice in rice paddies and growing crops in fields

(Promoting Organization) Supporting facilities and equipment necessary to train, consult and produce for joint farming and farm organizations (Business Diversification) Providing education, consulting, improved infrastructure, facility and equipment to business plans that diversify the use of Deulnyeok (rice paddies and fields) and to link it with new businesses such as processing, experiencing and tourism of crops from paddies and fields, in order to diversity businesses during or after production of (Deulnyeok) organizations for different crops in rice paddies and field crops

Support
Education &Consulting Subsidy: Within KRW 30 million per each joint farming Facility &Equipment Subsidy: Within KRW 200 million during the project period of 1 to 2 years Business Diversification Subsidy: Within KRW 0.5 to 5 billion during the project period of 1 to 3 years
Condition
Education &Consulting Subsidy: 50% by the central government, 40% by local governments, 10% by farms Facility &Equipment Subsidy: 50% by the central government, 40% by local governments, 10% by farms Business Diversification Subsidy: 40% by the central government, 40% by local governments, 20% by farms
Method
After providing education and consultation to promote organization, support for business diversification will be provided such as support for facility and equipment through additional business application and evaluation processes
