Reporter
A person who files a complaint or report (via internet or post) to a competent authority or investigative agency before being discovered by any administrative agency * Maximum reward: 1 million won for one reporter per year
Condition
In case that the public prosecutor decides to initiate, suspend indictment, or suspend indictment with respect to the relevant accusation or reporting case

Give a reward to a person who reports on or denounces any of the following persons
Farmland Act
Reward (per case)
1. A person who has been issued with a qualification certificate for acquisition of farmland under Article 8 (1) for the purpose of farmland ownership by fraudulent or other unjust means, in violation of any restriction on farmland ownership under Article 6 or the maximum limits of farmland ownership under Article 7;

2. A person who has violated Article 32 (1) or (2);

3.A person who has diverted farmland without obtaining permission to divert farmland under Article 34 (1) or a person who has obtained permission to divert farmland under Article 34 (1) by fraudulent or other unjust means;

4. A person who has diverted farmland without filing a report under Article 35;

A confirmation of report and accusation by administrative or judicial institutions * Civil complaints, results of on-site verification by administrative agencies, investigation results by judicial agencies, etc.
An agreement on the distribution of reward (only if agreed on distribution)
A deposit request form (only if requesting bank deposit)
