To expand social safety net including financial aid to help pay for health insurance and pension amid the aging rural population and increasing rural-urban income gap
To provide no-interest student loans for postsecondary education with the aim to relieve financial burden of farming parents and ensure an equal education opportunity for students in rural areas
To provide scholarships to farm successors and children in order to relive financial burden of farming parents for education and nurture promising agricultural talents
To ensure stability of agricultural business and the basic livelihood by sending farming helpers to those with farming accidents and illness, and Happiness Helpers to the vulnerable households
